1. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with open or infected wounds, contagious nail conditions, or those in ill health.
  • For diabetic clients, please inform our technicians to ensure proper care; cutting services are not permitted.
  • We maintain the right to refuse or discontinue service to individuals displaying rude, mean, or disrespectful behavior.

2. REFUNDS, RETURNS, and EXCHANGES:
  • All services are non-refundable.
  • Please notify the salon within 24 hours if nail adjustments are needed; corrections must be scheduled within 7 days.
  • Peony Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards.
  • Prices are available on the menu; please confirm with nail technicians before receiving services.
  • No refunds or credit notes will be issued for changes of mind.
  • Unsatisfied with a service? We will redo it at no additional cost if communicated immediately during the service.
  • Acceptance of the service is assumed upon leaving the salon; no complimentary redo will be offered for issues arising later.
  • Clients will be charged for repairs or replacements due to damage caused by their lack of care (e.g., broken, chipped, or lifted nails).
  • For guidance on nail care, please consult our nail technicians.
